Website use & project agreements

This website presents Axis Audience services and enables enquiries. Preparing or sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking, form a project contract or constitute final price acceptance. Project commitments arise under the approved proposal, agreement and their stated acceptance process.

This page explains the general working framework. Approved project documents define scope, payments, deadlines and cancellation terms, and govern project-specific differences, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

Scope & changes

The proposal identifies included services, deliverables, equipment, teams, dates and locations, along with exclusions. Additions or changes, including their cost and scheduling effects, are documented and approved before additional work proceeds.

Approvals & delivery

The delivery plan identifies approval points for concepts, designs, technical plans and final outputs, with an authorised representative for each party. Delivery periods, revision rounds and file formats are set in the proposal or agreement; there is no single delivery period for every project.

Schedules depend on the approved start date, required materials, approvals and site access. The client is informed of the effects of delayed inputs or scope changes, and revised dates are documented by agreement.

Prices, payments & tax

Project value, currency, payment milestones and due dates are specified in the financial proposal and agreement. Payment percentages from a previous project do not automatically apply to another. This website has no payment collection facility.

VAT is added where legally applicable. The quotation and invoice state its applicable rate, amount and the total due. The standard 15% rate applies only to supplies subject to it under current regulations.

Delivery responsibilities & permissions

The agreement assigns responsibilities for site readiness, access and filming permissions, content approval and brand materials. Drone operations and specialist equipment remain subject to venue permissions, relevant authorities and safety requirements.

Intellectual property & content

The project agreement defines usage rights for designs, images, films, source files, music and licensed materials. Each party must have the right to use materials it supplies. Website concepts are presented as proposals and are not a record of completed commissions.

Changes, postponement & cancellation

Requests to change, postpone or cancel a project must be made in writing. Their effects are assessed against the agreement, delivery stage and existing commitments. The cancellation and refund policy explains notification and settlement without limiting statutory rights.

Applicable law & resolving disputes

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes begin with written communication and an attempt at amicable resolution under the contract. If unresolved, they are referred to the competent court unless a valid applicable arbitration agreement provides otherwise. These terms do not waive statutory rights.
